Return Policy

At DollarMallLahore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The return window begins on the day the package is delivered to your address. Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Items received as damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund process works as follows:

- You will receive return instructions and a return authorization within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or EasyPaisa / JazzCash
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care and hygiene products (opened or used)
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Customized or personalized items made to your specifications
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items with broken seals (electronics, software, etc.)
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact our support team within the 7-day return window
- Specify the item you wish to exchange and the replacement item you would like
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you
- Exchange items will be shipped once we receive the original item back
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
