3. Payment — Cash on Delivery (COD)

We primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for the convenience of our customers across Pakistan. The following payment terms apply:

• Full payment is due at the time of delivery to the courier or delivery agent
• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready as couriers may not carry change
• Orders may also be paid via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash where available
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse COD for certain areas or high-value orders
• Repeated order cancellations or refusals at delivery may result in COD restrictions on your account

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Please note the following:

• Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location
• A flat shipping fee of Rs 250 applies to all orders. Orders above Rs 3,000 qualify for free shipping
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
• You will receive tracking information via SMS or email once your order is dispatched

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Certain categories of products are non-returnable (perishables, hygiene products, final sale items)

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
